This is the brand new model AKZ necks that Yanagisawa has just released. Yanagisawa is extremely methodical and thoughtful about introducing any new models or changes to there saxophones. Its a rare occurrence that Yanagisawa drops a new model neck so this is very exciting! The AKZ line of necks are designed to be a more modern feel with quicker response and more powerful sound.

These necks play a bit louder and prouder with a nice added projection! These necks are a touch brighter then the standard line with a nice feeling of vibrations powering through the neck. Aside from some small design changes the AKZ necks feature two newly designed front mount plates that are not on any other Yanagisawa neck. We are an authorized Yanagisawa dealer and this is a authentic, totally brand new and fresh unplayed saxophone neck in all its factory packaging that came directly from Yanagisawa!
